A distinguished graduate of Queen's University's Immigration and Citizenship Law program, Ms. Mundi combines academic rigour with hands-on, multi-faceted expertise. From streamlining pathways for international talent and skilled professionals to managing corporate employer strategies and family reunifications, her tailored strategies turn legal complexity into clear, achievable outcomes.

Holding the Class L3 RCIC-IRB licence from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), she is authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), including refugee claims and IRB hearings. As a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits for British Columbia, she can also commission affidavits and statutory declarations for immigration matters.
